Fuse 13... power door locks..question..

OK did new upper hinge last week. Had to pull the door so harness came apart easily... Reassembly, all controls worked great..windows doors etc...

Couple days later, door locks don't work and intermittent wipers work on high setting only. But slow and fast speed work fine..

Here's the thing... #13 fuse was blown. With truck off, it continues to pop fuses. As soon as fuse goes in it pops... Is this a short? I rechecked bulkhead at door and its all tight...

UPDATE....

Heres what I did...

unplug bulkhead fitting at door...install new fuse...fuse didn't pop...

plug bulhead together, fuse poped.

remove power window switch, plug in bulk head, new fuse didn't pop...

wipers work 100% in delay mode...

remove fuse, reattach power window switch, install fuse and it pops...

Ok figure short in switch... Grab a used one from a friend, plug that in a fuse pops!! WTF...

so I take out pass switch and unhook drivers switch, new fuse and re attach pass switch and its good... plug in replacement drivers switch and fuse pops....

Now I have no proof the new switch worked, assumeing it does....Just bought one off ebay see what that one does...

Any ideas here??
