Paint help

Does anyone know of a company that sells spray cans that are factory color matches? I'm having a hard time finding anything. I can find plum purples all day but nothing that resembles the color of my truck. It's the factory color. Just rare I guess.

I would personally find a local body shop and ask to purchase a quart of your paint code, will cost a few more buks then spray cans, but it will be the right color... you'll save a lot of time in the long run

I don't have a sprayer or any type of setup to begin spraying. And my bad on the wrong category for this post. Thought I was in exterior.

I'm just wanting to spray a new bumper. Swapping out for a fourth gen. A rollpan, and my roof needs a touch up.

Nice nice , funny my roof need to be re-cleared , .got some peeling going on. I honestly don't know of a company that makes accurate spray cans that match, someone on here might ! Definitely post pics when your finished.

Unfortunately there is a zero percent chance that you will rattle can bumpers and a roof and have it look anything less than terrible. Even sprayed properly you're not likely to match 16 year old faded paint under yellowed clear. But, you won't even be close. To matching base clear with single stage rattle cans. Paint is something you either do correctly or be content in the knowledge that it's just not going to look good.

I'll post pics when I get it rolling Ram digger. I don't think I've seen a truck in our model with a solid factory paint job. All the ones I've seen are faded to some degree.

I had the same goal on an old gmc roof. Went to local auto paint store and they got me hooked up.

Since you're looking for rattle can in factory color look at duplicolor color match. It's made to do touch up work like you mentioned. Just make sure you scuff prime base clear and you should be ok. Won't last or be perfect but will be better than current if that's what you're going for
