Mine is simple for now........and will still be fairly simple when done.

I love my Kicker 700.5 - I think its one of the best amps out there for powering a nice all around sound system. Nothing that is going to win competitions, but I don't care about that. :D

Alpine ixa-W404
Kicker 700.5
Foxbox Single 10" Vented Box - Kicker 10" CVR
factory speakers......3 in the dash, 4 in the doors, 2 in the headliner. The 4 in the doors are going to come out when its cooler out. I have some ready to go, just don't feel like screwing with it right now! They will be powered off of the 700.5 also.

Well, I had the alternator rebuilt on my truck to work out to like 190A, and I use ever start batteries. They aren't my first choice in a wet cell, but I was in a bind. Yes, I do short them out in about 90 days on the dot.

No. My problem is me myself and I.

I try to use those batteries like a deepcycle battery and it doesn't work.

Back in my truck's prime, it was not uncommon for people to want me to show up at a field party to provide tunes. A. I have a 4x4 truck and get into some places that cars can't, and B. I'm about the only one they know that has a stereo like this in their truck. Hell, when I was in HS, we we taped hoses to each tailpipe on my truck and ran the exhaust out the door so I can idle the truck and play tunes at an FFA dance. I **** you not.

Anyways, when I'm outside working, I usually have some tunes cranked on the truck with out it running and that's what kills the battery.

Guess what My setup is...... Pretty much stock. Pioneer head unit and 2 pioneer 6x9's in the doors. Thats it. I haven't found a box I like yet to put under the back seat. But my car is a little different story. But since this is ram forum I won't stray away from the ram too much.

I did my setup on the cheap, either by using stuff I had sitting around, or trading my bro-in-law.
