Your first picture is of the connector for the stock 7pin trailer harness. Could probably pick up a new male end at a junkyard.

For the tag lights, they are there, I just don't remember exactly remember where they are. I will look tomorrow for you if no one else has replied by then.

Sure. Probably the junkyard, but then again, I haven't actually looked for them online.

Hard to tell, but it's possible. These trucks never had a 4 and 7 pin wire harness on them. The non-tow package trucks didn't have anything and the tow package had 7 pins. You had to use a 7-4pin adapter.

I'm still trying to figure where the pig tails plug in or if I need a harness or what? If you could find a pic of the male connector online that be great

They should be in the wiring harness that runs over to the pass side tail light. I can get you pix in the am, its snowing out now and pitch black out so not tonight.

Both plugs for the tag lights will be in the harness that I told you about. It runs from the driver side across the rear of the frame over to the pass side tail light.

I don't that that wire that goes across. Or any plugs for the tag light wires to plug into. Can I hardwire them into each side tail light? All I have is one wire on each side running in the plastic loom down the frame but no plugs for them

You might dig in the loom for the wires. Somebody may have stupidly cut the ends off.

I did see electrical tape on passenger side but I didn't notice any wires but I don't I still need the wire that runs across the bed from one tail light to other or does each tag light just plug into the sides?

Also can you just cut into the tail lights if I can't find were the plug went and tap into the power for running lights?
