touchscreen

So i got a 7" boss audio touchscreen, everything works, but the touchscreen itself. It turns on and everything, the blutooth works the audio works. just the major problem is that i cant touch anything. Is there any trick for the touch screen to work with our trucks?

I had a flip out touchscreen unit on my last truck. There was actually a setting where you could disable the touchscreen functions - have you checked the settings for anything like that?

i no longer have the unit, i returned it, and just waiting for the right moment to get another one

Sounds like the screen was locked.
