1994 Ram Code 21... So my truck is not running well after warmup. When trying to accelerate or drive over 30, it lacks power and feels like its gonna die if I dont downshift. The key code is 21 and the book says its the o2 sensor circuit. My voltmeter is bad so I cant check it. Has anyone had this problem before??? Truck has new plugs, wires cap and rotor. Been doing this for a while... thanks!
