So after I got my truck last year I wasn't surprised to find that the A/C didn't blow cold. I have replaced my compressor, drier, condenser, and lines, yet it still won't blow cold until it's been on for a while. It shouldn't take as long as it does and even then it should be colder. I'm thinking it's one of the switches but I'm hoping someone here can maybe point me in the right direction

Obviously you've checked your pressures.

Have you checked the evaporator in the cab? Those things get get REALLY nasty down south and in any humid climate. When they get nasty they clog up with all sorts of stuff and keep you A/C and vents form cooling/blowing properly.

I didn't check that, mainly because I wasn't looking forward to pulling the dash back. It was a huge pain when I replaced my heater core. I probably shouldve checked that. Any other ideas before I do that? Id like to avoid pulling the dash back if I can. But my truck is just sitting in the basement right now anyways
