I went mudding today, and it did really well, I was surprised. but, I noticed when the truck was in 4x4, the front axel or tcase made a clunking noise when it got above 15mph, and there was really bad wheel hop when turning sharp. Any ideas what that may be? I know it has a bad actuator, would this be causing it to not fully engage?

Wheel hop is probably just from the dif being locked.

The other noise I haven't a clue.

Double check your U-joints up front. Mine went bad and did the same thing.

Is there a way to stop it from doing that? Hate to break an axel....
