Question Any suggestion would help

I have a 2001 Dodge Ram 1500, 5.9L V8... over the past year I thought the transm was going bad slowly. A few months ago the dash lights all lit up and the odo and speedo quit working, the speedometer works over 55mph. Finally the transmission has gotten worse and it won't change gears almost at all. At first we could let off or tap the gas and it would change, now its almost impossible. Took it to a trans specialty shop thinking it needed rebuilt. He has looked and said it is good, that it is an electrical problem, but has had it for a week and cannot locate exactly what it is. I changed one speed sensor myself and it didn't correct anything. He's been very knowledgable and up front about everything, but we can't figure it out. Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!! Thansk!

I know he has changed out the cluster on the dash, checked the speed sensor (that I had previous changed) and the TPS, but thats all he's told me specifically. He says he's chasing an electrical problem... Looks like I'm gonna have to go get it this week and try someone else.
