I am having little trouble with my differential and while I was working on it I noticed that when I spin one wheel the other spins in the same direction. I thought with limited slip that if you lift in off the ground and spin one wheel the other wheel would spin in the opposite direction.

That depends. If I am recalling correctly. If the differential is connected to the driveshaft it will provide the resistance needed to spin the other wheel the oposite directing no matter if it is lsd or not. If the diff isn't connected to the driveshaft then yes it will turn the same way with the other wheel if its lsd. Hope that helps anmakes sense.
