So when I turn my blinker on it stays solid if I have my headlights on or the brake pedal pressed. WTF today is going straight down the drain. Any ideas on what it'd be. I'm thinking multifunction switch but wanted to see what you guys thinkg?

Sounds like you have a burned out bulb. Its not like the new trucks where the blinkers go hyper fast. I'd check that first.

Not a bulb, it does flash fast when theres a bulb out. It doesn't flash at all the turn signal indicator on the dash stays solid

Might be the switch in the steering column itself. Switch might be broken. Had that happen before.

When you engage the turn signal or flasher, does it tick like it should. If it doesn't that would be my guess. I've heard of them going bad before so it's not something wierd or different.

Nope no clicking noise like it'll click on and stay on rather than flash.

I'd go with the flasher like Trup suggested. I had the same issue with mine, but would only do it when I turned the left signal on

Ha wierd, and this only happens intermittently. Sometime it works fine, sometimes it acts up and just tired of it!

Mine did the same thing. I left the house and it worked fine at the first turn. Got to the second and it just stayed on. flicked it off then back on and it worked like normal for a few days. I replaced all the bulbs and no change. Swapped the flashers out and it's been golden since

Mine was in the smaller fuse block, on the drivers side of the dash, you have to open the door to see. But mine is also a few years older too

So me and 2 of the techs from work spent an hour on it today, and it ended up being freaking trailer wiring melted together. LIKE FREAKING REALLY?!?!?!? My truck came with a hitch but no plug in by it so never thought twice about it but someone previously had cut the wiring and tucked it up by the spare. Thank you to the previous owner, YA *******!!
