Ok, I see two high pressure lines going into the Radiator on pass side. Guessing this is fatory ATF cooler for my '98 QC 1500 with 5.2. Does that set-up do a good enough job for my truck if I will be towwing occasionally?

Not even if it's the Sunday church car and nothing else. It's small and the radiator heats the fluid to engine operating temp which isn't bad at all but engine operating temp doesn't do all that great to cool a trans that's starting to cook
