Front end woes

I have a 2000 ram sport and I was crawling around underneath it this weekend and noticed the front end housing is starting to get rusted a little thin around the hangers and spring mounts. My question is are these housings the same 94-01 or are the 00-01 different.

I don't get what you mean by front end housing, do you mean the front axle?

Front axels are all dana 44. From 94-01 only difference on a 99-01 sport is some minor appearance changes. And that rust is normal if you are talking about the axels. If you can get a pic of what you're talking about we can verify everything better.
