Definitely sounds like a bearing trying to go out. Take the belt off and start spinning stuff.

My first guess would be water pump or fan clutch.

My water pump made that noise but only after the bearings inside it exploded. I would follow up on DD94s suggestion before any bearings seriously do blow.

Alright, got the belt off and its definitely the tensioner pulley. Should I just replace the pulley, or the whole tensioner?

If the tensioner is moving as it should then just replace the pulley and save some $$$. You can also just change out the bearing or if you are really stuck you can grease/lube that sealed bearing by carefully removing the dust cover, lube it reinstall the dust cover.

I think I'm just gonna change the pulley, tensioner seems to be moving fine and the belt isn't loose at all. Thanks!
