i have a 1996 dodge ram 1500 4x4 with a 5.2 the thing i cant figur out is why my fuse box is cliking and making odd noises its coming from the auto shut down relay and the fule pump relay i have looked all over the place and cant find a short
help

my guess not getting full power on a relay or one going out .. does anything like lights flicker when it makes that sound ?

does it sound like a contactor clicking ?
if so , pull each relay one at a time till the sound goes away . i think you might have a bad relay

sounds like a bad relay to me too...but usually its the most simple thing, like a bad battery
