On the way back from lunch today at a stoplight the truck started revving on its own. Now I have no throttle response. Check engine lights on and a list of codes. P0121,p0563,p0343,p0118,p0113,p1475,p1286,p0123,p1693,p0577. All these refer to the current being too high. Possibly alternator voltage too high bad ECM battery voltage any help would be appreciated

You might also try the 3rd gen forum.

Short of looking up all those codes, i'd check the batteries out, make sure there is no corrosion, they can hold a decent charge, etc.

Next, the alternator is controlled by the PCM, if its charging at way too high a voltage, its very possible its the PCM regulator thats gone bad.

Check your body grounds to make sure they are all tight and free of corrosion. I'm talking body, engine and controller grounds.

That is a start.
