I have a weird problem that just started out of the blue last week. The left turn signal works fine if the headlights are off, but if they are on, it will not blink. Right signal is fine. Flashers do not blink when headlights are on. I've traded bulbs around, cleaned the only ground I see (by the left headlight). In the sockets, with both headlights and signal on, I have a steady voltage on the signal line, where in the right one, the voltage fluctuates on that contact.
Any help would be appreciated. I don't know what else to look at.
