Hey guys ive got a little issue on the ol girl.. 00,5.2,Auto,4x4,
It sucks alot of ait very noisy but its not really consistant.. It also idles higher then like a choke is on (carburated style), it also idles higher then as well around 1100. I replaced the iac last year and a few weeks ago took the tb off to clean it all removed all sensors, inspect o rings etc..

When did it start doing this? Did you mess with the pintle on the iac sensor when you took it off to clean it? Was the tb gasket changed?

Iac would, right? Especially if he moved it any or didn't put the o-ring? Or if the tb gasket is no good..

Did you try spraying some around the intake manifold where it bolt to the heads? Could be the gasket which is a guaranteed fail at some point.
