Thats an odd one. Usually its on start-up. Maybe an exhaust leak at manifold? You would think if did it more often you could say lifters, which it still could be. Rockers are non-adjustable. hmm The cam would be rpm specific, maybe bearings, or a sloppy timing chain. Just kinda thinkn out loud.

It stumbled me too I took both valve covers off rockers seem to be in tourqe specs I checked flywheel bolts looks good even with a stethoscope it's kinda hard to pinpoint it's pretty quite by the timing chain cover

You can check for exhaust leaks by running sea foam and look for smoke all along your exhaust system. Checking the exhaust system is cheap and if it's the issue, less stressful on your peace of mind lol. Otherwise I would lean towards lifters as well.

I tried sea foam I thought it might be exhaust or cat but it sounds like a rocker but only between those rpms and only when engine is warm it doesn't do it on start up when ending is warm either good power no oil loss runs awsome
