Earlier, I drove to town and noticed the transmission was shifting a little weird. I did notice though that I didn't let it warm up at all even though it's not to cold here. I got to sonic and let it warm up there a minute and coming home it did fine. So should I start letting it warm up from now on?

What is considered weird? Hard or fast shifts? Slow and sluggish? Any odd noises the more info the better.

Prob time to change the filters, sounds like the fluid is having a hard time getting through until it warms up enough to where it is less dense and can pass through, I had a problem like this on my old buick.

Slow and sluggish, and the filter and fluid has already been changed not to long ago

You could install heating elements onto the fluid pans and plug it into to a 220v power source like the NASCAR teams to to heat cycle their fluids before powering up their racecars...LOL...just kidding

you should aways let it run for a couple minutes before take off. are trans have a inline check valve that alot of people take out. sometimes they will cause your trans to slip if no pressure has been built up.

That check valve your talking about is a popular mod on diesels.
