Hello,
Looking for ideas on alternatives to the Toyo Open Country A/T II.

I have run the A/T and M/T on previous trucks including my 2009 RAM 2500 Cummins and liked them well enough.

Before I go buy a set of Open Country A/T for my 2014 Ram 2500 (outdoorsman) I thought I would check and see if anyone had some alternatives to consider. Yes, price is part of it as well, but only part.

I drive about 70% highway and 30% dirt, gravel, rough road.
I tow a boat and a 26' travel trailer.

I currently have the 285/60R20 's that came on the truck

thanks in advance for any ideas !

I'm running Atturo Trail Blade X/T tires. Was like $170 each from Amazon for 35/12.5/20. They are an all terrain tire with a mud tire look. So far I have over 10k road miles on them and they still look brand new. All the research I did on them people are getting 60k-70k miles on them. For the price, I couldn't pass them up.

I've got Cooper STT Pro's 35x12.5x20 on my Ram & love them.

Price is competitive & they're very quiet for a M/T tire.

They weigh in at 68lbs....about 12lbs less than the same same Toyo M/T.
