Axle weight limit

I know on the 2500 Cummins trucks the GVW is 10,000. Does anyone know what the axle limits are front and back?

i don't think there is actually a set limit on the axles. they are not really like a set of axles under a trailer which have a rated weight. you pretty much just need to go by what the manual says you can haul in the box or behind you.

The Ram specs specify a GAWR for the front and one for the rear. OP you do not specify enough info to determine this, but here is the link to the 2016 trucks.
Looks like the front can be either 5500# or 5750# with the rear being 6000# depending how the truck is optioned.

years ago, there used to be a decal on the driver's door jamb (B-pillar), which I pretty much ignored, but I believe it specifies just that.

My '12 2500 is rated 5500 lbs front 6000 lbs rear. But I guess that can be different depending on model year.
