About a year ago I sold my 95 dodge 1500 and bought a sweet 72 chevy. In my goodbye thread I said that maybe when I come back, I would have a cummins. And I think I will! I'm taking the 4 hour trek from north fort worth down to college station to trade my 72 for a '90 12 valve.

Here it is...

First gen 12 valve

We shall see!

And yes, the cab lights are a bit excessive. I will be taking most of them off.

It looks like a solid start.

Those cab lights, and that 42" chrome tip are both... excessive.

You're rolling sweet ass power wagon wheels with internal bead locks, that's pretty cool.
Not sure it's of any benefit for a 2wd, you might look at some more run of the mill 17s to save you some unsprung weight.

I look forward to seeing what you do to it.

Good luck! You could always put different color lights in each of the cab lights at Christmas time. LOL!! JK!!

A paint job will definitely be in the works, but first, GUAGES! I'm no diesel expert but I know you should have gauges before you go messing with pumps, fuel pins, and turbos. Surprised he doesn't have any on there.
