I traded in my 1500 Hemi and bought a 2016 2500 SLT 4x4. I love the truck, but noticed on the 3hr drive home that the alignment and steering wheel (3deg. to the left) was off. I called the dealership close to my house. Dropped it off on a Monday picked it up Tuesday w/them saying it's aligned. As I was leaving the dealership I noticed the steering wheel was about 4 deg to the right and truck was loose. Took truck back Thursday; they called to say I need a new gearbox. Because every time they make an ajustment and dive it; the alignment changes. I called the original dealerships service department, they said: one of their employees had a sim problem with the same truck and year as mine.
I also called my cousin who just quit Saginaw Steering Gear after 10+ years.
Has anyone else had a problem with the gearbox and alignment issues?
