Recommendations for best exhaust brake

Which of the 3 aftermarket exhaust brakes - BD, PacBrake or Banks would you recommend and why. I need an exhaust brake installed in my 2005 Dodge Ram 2500 Quad Cab SLT 4x4 w/5.9L Cummins diesel and automatic transmission. I also believe my truck will require a torque converter lockup controller.
