Just purchased a new 2500 CC 4x4 ,6.4 hemi with 4.10 gears. This truck came with 17" steel wheels and I'm looking to upgrade to Ram OEM 20" wheels. I have heard that this might cause warranty issues, so I called a few dealerships in the Atlanta area, sure enough three service managers told me that would probably void my warranty ! That sure is hard to believe. I could maybe understand it if I was going to put 35's on. Has anybody else heard of this issue ? Thanks

Warranty issues in what way?
They can't void your warranty because of that your truck is capable of running 20inch wheels without an issue it's a factory option

I guess technically a dealership can say what ever they want but upgrading from a base wheel and tire combo to a premium one is no reason to void warranty. Maybe they didn't understand the question???

They would have to prove the 20" wheels caused the need for a warranty repair. Tell them good luck with that.
