Ok... Use if for what?

Keeping injectors clean? If so then you might be mildly surprised about the filter in the connector tube called a edge filter.. But that what a fuel filter is for keep debris out of the injectors.

Quoted From Dodge's Factory Service Manual (2nd Gen VP44 and 3rd Gen CR)
Each fuel injector connector tube contains an edge filter (Fig. 13) that breaks up small contaminants that enter the injector. The edge filter uses the injectors pulsating high-pressure to break up most particles so they are small enough to pass through the injector.
So if its carbon build up you using the additive for you also be surprised you can soak it in any injector cleaner you wish and it will not remove anything. What cleans a injector nozzle its reaching 1,000*F EGT's and holding for several miles. Carbon burns at 1,000*F.

So if its catane booster you already know that higher the cetane lower the BTU content. Might be a consideration for winter time start ups but that about all.

If it lubricity... Well like you are finding out there isn't any major lubricant found in the MSDS sheets... As for AMSOil Diesel Con. it scored a 488 HFRR in the HFRR testing passing grade but low. And Bosch considers 450 HFRR border line...

Something to think about...

I have been runnin it since installed my new vp about 15k ago. it even quiets the engine a little. every time i tow my rv i make sure i get the egt up above 1000 and hold it for a while to keep the injectors clean.

I just bought a 2007.5 dodge cummins and it has 100horse injectors. Should I or shouldn't I run 2 stroke oil in it?

Read first post again.
How much 2 cycle oil to use?
128:1 Ratio is fine for 12V and 24V Cummins trucks. On CR engines up to 07 you want to use 200:1 ratio. Beyond 07 don't use 2 cycle oil...
