What would you suggest to clean these wheels?

I am currently using Meguiar's APC followed by Meguiar's Wash and wax and its just not cutting it.

Thanks in advance!

I use a little Simple Green mixed in a bucket with some warm water.

How bad are they? Can you post a pic?

If I don't get to wash mine for a while and they have a good amount of brake dust on them, there isn't a cleaner that gets it all off (tried CarPro IronX original and new formula, both formulas of Adams deep wheel cleaner, Adams green wheel cleaner, ChemGuys Diablo, APC at different strengths). I have the blue 3M scrub pads (anti-scratch) that do it, but it's still tough to get the embedded dust off.

The chrome on mine actually holds up pretty well to the barrage of chemicals that I've tried and doesn't scratch with the scrubbing but even with a coat of Jetseal or wheel wax on them they still get bad quickly.

yes sir, ive used it on many different chrome surfaces, works amazing, only over the counter wheel cleaner i will ever suggest, and even the other wheel cleaners by them work well, one is purple and one is blue and one is painted wheels other is aluminum wheels

Here's a picture of the truck and one of the wheels. I meant to take a picture this morning before I left for work but forgot. The wheel is not as bad as the picture looks. Melting snow was kicked up onto it.

I posted also on autogeek and the consensus was that I should take some polish to it after cleaning it. I will try that next before buying something new.

I prefer sonax wheel cleaner over anything else but if you have pitting that won't really do much good. Pics look like they're pitting

There is no pitting. As I said the pictures look worse than it is because of the road debris kicked up due to the melting snow from last week's noreaster.

oh thats nothing man, use meguiars hot rims chrome that i posted above, i use that stuff on much worse and all you have to do is spray on, let sit a min or two and rinse off, gets 95% of the crud off, and whatever is left over wipes off easy!

if u wana get crazy you can get some wheel wax, but its chrome, if they arent damaged they dont need much help...

another good over the counter product is "Nevr Dull", it does some good stuff on chrome, bumpers too!

I can make suggestions on higher end products but im trying to keep it to stuff thats easily available and local
