I bought a undercover se (black plastic) off of Craigslist. I didn't think of it as faded until the "undercover" sticker came off. Under the sticker was still very deep black and everywhere else not so much.

Has anyone tried to refinish the black plastic on their undercover tonneau?

I don't know if there is a permanent fix. I used some Back to Black on mine, which makes it look good for awhile. They can be painted, but part of their lure is the unfinished plastic

I bought my truck used and it came with the undercover. My truck is black and it appears mine is painted to match the truck. I do know when I wax it, it creates a ton of static.

Painting would def cut down on the fading issue but more maintenance IMO
