I used 50's on my stock setup with a tuner .. never a issue .

And RV275's are basically a beefed up stock injector .. You will have no problems running a 50 hp stick .

I am not saying the pump is bad .... but thats usually cummins week link .
I sell allot of air dog , have seen some weird things happen with Fass .
I ran the raptor 150 and LOVED it ... it is also made by airdog .

I am going to say its a injector issue or a fuel issue . Both are must have upgrades with a hot tuner IMO

Should you upgrade to an airdog with a better filtration system your injectors may see a longer life

Also check your oil? Is your oil level rising? Smell like fuel? If so that a sign of bad injectors?

Hard Start
White Smoke
Rough Idle
^^^ Those are others signs of injectors going bad?

Got access to a fuel pressure gauge? That will help you determin if your lift pump is going bad
