Hello all, I’m hopping to get some help with this. This morning I was pulling my 5th wheel RV, I started up a 5% grade about a half mile long, I lost power and I noticed that I was getting no turbo boost at all. For the last few days I’ve been smelling a very strong exhaust smell and the turbo sounded a lot different then before. I’m wondering if it could be the stock actuator. Any help please.

2003 Ram 3500 Dually 4 wheel drive, 5.9 L HO Cummins Diesel, Edge Juice with attitude. Stock Turbo. 185,000 Miles.
