My buddy has a 2006 Cummins and hen is having a problem with his truck. It idles around 300-400rpm no matter if his truck is warmed up or cold. Oddly enough his truck still feels like it idles smooth (well smooth at least for a diesel). His check engine light isn't on either. His truck is completely stock with the exception of an exhaust.
Anyone have any ideas as to what this could be or where I should start looking first?
