I have a constant squeak coming from the front end while moving. It's seems to be bogged down a bit takes a lot more then it should to start moving. I'm thinking bad wheel bearings. Any other thoughts thanks in advance

Wheel bearing was my first thought. If you can safely jack up the front end checking for play will tell you for sure.

If we are just guessing, I am going to say u-joint. You need to get the front end in the air and turn the wheels so you figure out where it is coming from.

I did my front outboard u-joints a little while ago. They made a clicking sound when failing, nothing like a squeak. How many miles on the truck?

Also, have someone listen as you drive by, should be able to somewhat pin point the location better.
