1970 Ram Power Wagon---Brush Truck...What is it worth?

I have the opportunity to purchase a 1970 Power Wagon 3 speed that was bought new by a local fire department as a Brush Truck. It has 16,900 miles. Was repainted Yellow from the original Red. Has a hose, 200 gallon tank, generator all operational.

What would you think something like this is worth?

Unfortunately, not much. Probably $3k at most.

Recently I've had to sell quite a few older and in some cases nicer vehicles with low miles and I think 3K is right on the mark.
