Saw the beaut at the local dealership, almost, almost my dream truck. I love sage brush pearl and this thing only has 31k miles on it. Not crazy about the interior color and there are some options missing I've grown to like BUT it is the color I've always wanted and it has 4.56's!!! Rims and tires would probably get swapped but who knows? I know dealers always price a bit high but am I wrong to think $40k is a bit much?

Paid $41k for my '14 with 18k KMS here in Canada where the truck new is $55-60. So yeah, that's ridiculously high.

Ya, I figured it was a bit high, even for the South East. Just getting a feel as its a bit harder to guage PW's values since you don't see many used ones around here.

Heck, they've got a brand new one listed for $56k and I know it will sell for less than $50k

Well if you don't mind travelling it'd pay for you to buy one up here I bet! Our dollar is low right now, and there're lots of used ones here in Alberta. Not sure how much import fees would be but you'll save 20% on the conversion alone right now.

For me, Canada is a wee bit far for a vehicle, plus I like "southern" vehicles, way less rust/corrosion issues

I wouldn't touch a Canadian vehicle myself.. good looking truck. It's about 2K high for Arizona, which is truck capital along with Texas.. so a bit high... but it's clean/low mileage.. probably why.

Ram is holding their value so much. Especially the Cummins/2500 models. Man..

I hear ya, folks love their trucks here in GA, the prices here always seem on the high side as well. I am a huge fan of Sage Brush Pearl and this '12 has 14k less miles than my '14! Looks like this PW never left the pavement, though I might have to give it a closer inspection tomorrow.

Paid 43,000 for my SLT PW in Idaho. You might look at Dennis Dillion Dodge to at least see what they got, and the price.

that is like saying I would not buy a USA vehicle myself. Education time, would I buy a vehicle more than 3 years old from Dayton Ohio or a 3 year old vehicle from an old silver mining town down south. There are a few geographical areas of Canada that are considered semi-arid ie not so much precipitation and I would hop on a used vehicle from those areas in a second. For a fact I know not all Canadians live in igloos:word:
