Hello:
I have a 2013 PW Tradesman. AWESOME RIG!
I have attached a few pictures (not the best..) that show my rig. I added Aluminess front & rear bumpers w/WARN fairlead, White Knuckle Rock Sliders, SnugTop Rebel Camper shell w/ bedrug liner and Baja Designs 44 inch LED Light.

QUESTION for you gear gurus: I understand that the 2014 models will have 4.10 gears for better gas mileage. I have 4.56's. Maybe switch to 4.10's? I know the PW is not about good gas mileage, but any little bit of an increase would help...
Also-what would be the best brand of gears to utilize (4.10)? And finally, would there be any "computer issues" if one were to switch gears (like the Jeep)?

A coworker has a '12 PW with 4.56s, my truck '13 2500 non PW has 3.73s.
He has the factory 33" tires, I have factory 30" tires.

Around town he gets 12 MPG, I get 11.
state roads he gets 14, I get 15.

So, I have smaller narrower tires and more MPG friendly gears, and I get virtually the same #s.

Keep your 4.56s to help get that huge truck up n going!

Keep the gears, any fuel mileage savings are negated by the cost of labour to regear. That will cost ya approx a couple grand.... so whats the point aha.

I agree with everyone as well. Keep the 4.56 gears, save yourself the 2 plus grand and use it towards aomething else. The 4.56 gears come in handy if you decide to upgrade for bigger tires or lift in the near future.

I asked a question about the same last year and the response was not good. The people who responded were cool with the responses it was still an overwhelming WTH are you thinking. So I personally wouldn't do it not worth the time or money plus there are different and cheaper ways to get better gas mileage you can take it to a shop for a tune and it will run you about 800 and it should give you a few miles better.
