I've read on a number of different forums and have seen pictures depicting a "buckled" coil spring when you put a 1.5" - 2" level kit on a PW. Basically the coil spring is no longer in a straight line...it has a curve in it.

My questions are, does that create a dangerous situation when on and/or off road? Is there a concern the spring could come unseated? Have any of you that leveled your truck seen any issues? Is it maybe because on those particular trucks there is no shock extension used?

Sorry for the bombardment of questions, but I'd like to this mod but don't want to be dangerous and have a catastrophic fail heading down the highway at speed.

Thanks!

I am not really into the whole lift/leveling thing, but I have seen at least a couple instances (pics) on this site, where it has happened. If no one chimes in here, you maybe could search for some threads on it.
