Anyone know where I could get a locker bypass (plug n play) .
I can't find anything online that is still active.
Im not big on mud - Id rather grind rocks that mud but it would be nice to help clear treads in higher RPM in the snow, if needed.

the guy that was making them is no longer building them

I have one I have yet to install, there were some quality issues with them as well

I'd buy it or build it with you, if ya want. I tried that other registry and never got an email response from signing up or a who is email to the owner with 2 different emails soni gave up and came here. Surely we can build this. I just built custom led headlamps with halos on my BMW e46 that were way more complicated than this should be I'd guess.

Ill tried emailing as well. Never get a response. I'll have to do some research but yeah, it should be really easy! All the parts should be available on eBay/amazon. I want to take it a step further and bypass the swaybar as well.

I'm in. I know the 3rd gen Powerwagons you could trick the computer with a resistor and make the PCM think it was in low range.

I've heard that as well! Thinking that might be a good option because it should bypass both the lockers and swaybar that way

The only downside that I've read is it uses the low range shifting pattern. I don't know why there isn't a way to get into the PCM with programming to fool the PCM to let you lock in the lockers and sway bars.

Bullydog (and others) have it on jeeps, not enough ppl asking for it on the Wagons so they haven't done it yet.

A member on the registry did the resistor switch for a later gen truck but it required a different ohm resistor. The down side, as noted, is the 4Lo transmission mapping. Personally I think the bypass kit is phenomenal, if you can find one buy it. I think Shelby is selling the rights to the design so if you're interested in a side gig contact him.

Someone PLEASE make these! If I could get the Swaybar Disconnect in 2WD, that would be just icing on the cake. Lots of dirt roads out here that are uneven , but completely do-able with just the LSD in 2WD.

100% agree! I'm actually more interested in the swaybar disconnect than the diff lock!
