Added Amp Research steps, tinted the windows, de-badged the doors, stripped the B-pillars, flipped tires to black walls, installed Recon smoked cab marker lights and a set of pocket flairs. :favorites13:

Road trip to Reno tomorrow. I found a good deal on a shell for the truck, it's a Leer 100XL already painted grey and ready go.

Why such tiny little tires :p

You're killing me! First you wake me from my pipe dream of putting 35-14.5 tires on my truck and now, this. Tell you what, I will let you sponsor me for the lift, wheels & tires and we'll call it even. :favorites13:

Finally pulled the trigger, 17" X 9" American Racing AR969 black slotted mags, 37-13.5-R17 Cooper STT Pros and Thuren leveling kit, all on order. Had to scale back on the suspension dreams to keep the wife happy. 2.5" King kit will have to wait. Hope to have this done ASAP. Really looking forward to ditching the nose down, skinny tire look!

Thank you Thuren for your speedy shipping! I placed the order Monday, they shipped it Tuesday and it will be here Thursday. Hopefully the wheels & tires show up at the same time and this can all be done Friday.

Just got it out of the shop and haven't even unloaded the old wheels and tires out of the bed, so it's sitting a little low in the back. Installed Thuren leveling kit and American Racing AR969wheels with +18mm offset wrapped in 37-13.5-17 Cooper ST Pros. I just fell in love with this truck all over again!

That's a good looking tire. How do they ride?

If you did Don’s taller front springs, a 1” rear coil spacer is a good idea to keep level or slightly positive rake. With no rear spacer they go bro truck lean with any weight in the bed.

Truck now rides better than stock.

With the shell and the usual gear that I carry in the bed, the truck sits level on flat ground. I can't go any taller in the back as the shell touches the seal for the garage door when pulling in. I refuse to park outside.

No rubbing at all but I did some minor trimming in the wheel well.
