So if I have read these threads correctly, my dealer saga is just starting with the radio game. So I took my 15 PW in to local dealer and they say new radio. So I got it back but radio I had in it was working for music and now it doesn't work at all. So silent driving, just me and my Magnaflow getting to know each other better....I will keep you posted on my saga and I hope success with first radio replacement. :favorites13:

Going on week 3 with no radio. They say they had to remove all the software In my current installed radio and now is dead. I've never seen anything like the lack of customer service.

Well I am happy to report a grateful ending. I finally received my radio with a lot of help from the customer service rep Kori who monitors this forum. Once she got involved I received the radio and installed in less than a week. Sad it came to that and I never really did hear what happened but at this point it's water under the bridge. Ram Trucks dealer service should be second to none. It should never have to come down to a forum post to settle up the issue.

My suspicion is that someone either lost the paperwork for ordering the "exchange" radio or everyone in the Service Dept thought someone else was taking care of it. I've yet to receive my "how did we do?" survey. With all the calls I made to the dealership I was hopeful the Service Manager would at least have called. Stay tuned........
