Needed a break from work so we went out in the warehouse and did some forklift flexing. This is the first time I've fully flexed it out since I installed the new suspension and tires. I think this is pretty good! The rear tire is barely on the ground. The forks were at 33", so the bottom of the tire was probably around 30". Didn't think to measure that. The 35's don't touch anywhere but I'd have some rubbing issues with 37's up front. There's some slight frame flex as seen in the bumper pics and the side stripe pics, but considering the weight the frame is supporting, I don't think it's bad at all. You can also see my new Carli low mount opposing steering stabilizer.

Looks like your limiting strap is whats... well limiting you!

Yes it is. Lol. It's setup to leave about an inch of shock travel left. These shocks are easily damaged if you bottom them out or fully extend them with some force. The limit strap is a must...

I was in no way questioning them, just making an observation.

Come West ! We have plenty of places to stuff, stretch, pull, push, dig and throttle our brains out!

Awesome Job MyYoung84. Nothing like playing indoors... I'll tinker with my truck anywhere I can find the room and the time!

And that cab / frame flex is NOTHING!. The "early" years, trucks seemed to be made with the philosophy of Firm Springs and weak frames. Gladly, they figured out that Flexy Springs and Firm frames were a better idea. Previous trucks would hang a wheel going off a curb, with about Four inches of gap between the cornering lights and bumpers, all while having a twist in between the cab and bed gap that was appeared Ten inches tall!!!

These things are just made so..... RIGHT!
