You can only lock the axle's and disconnect the sway-bar when the transfer case is shifted into 4 Low.
If you are in 2 wheel drive,or 4 high, the lights on the switch's will just blink, and nothing will happen.

There is a by-pass kit being made to fix this problem by another member.

I just got my 2013 PW back from the dealer he was supposed to fix the front diff lock. Had it for three weeks he said it is fixed but it only locks the rear in 4lo. Am I missing something ?its never locked up the front since new.

Ummm, yeah! Something is NOT right.

In 4-Lo, you crank the "Locker" dial all the way clockwise to the right, and it should lock the front, just as it does the rear (and the LED activation lamp will light in similar fashion).

Does it at least "flash" when switched over that far, or nothing at all?

It flashes but only locks the rear. The damn dealer had it almost a month last time and said it was all good before I took it home last week.

It may be a bit abusive, with some binding to be expected, but throw it in 4Lo, turn the dial until the front flashes, then start doing big, wide "Figure 8's" and see if it will finally line up the pins and snap into place. You'll feel it and the light will go solid, like the rear.

They can be slow to activate at times, especially going straight with no wheel spin, as the ring and pinion gears, like the tires, just keep spinning in the same orientation and speed. You need to get them to turn at varied speeds to help align things so they can lock up.

Oh, if I get banned here in the next few seconds, shoot me an email, or look me up at "[email protected]". I also use the same screen name on every other forum I frequent. I'm sure you can find me. Love to 'wheel with you and keep in touch next time I'm out in he Dez.

I made some potentially offensive posts over in the "Photos" section. We'll see how the Admin handles it. It is clearly against typical Forum guidelines.

Chow.

I thought you told me months ago that you stopped making them, didn't have time or something like that!

So do a brother right and hook me up! :love51:

Took a break because I had too much going on. I just finished and sold the last 6 that I had parts for. I'll be ordering parts very soon for another run. Stay tuned!
