Weird the way the wires are all cut and not just unclipped almost like it was stolen.

Good question? I had to splice mine. Would love to add harness to parts list above

I have one harnesses part. I can post later. Need to know this one though. You spliced all the harnesses?

No smaller grey one was plug and play larger I spliced it was for aux, sd and usb. Only spliced one end under console. Was plug and play under seat. So one side of harness plug and play other spliced.
I used harness out my old jump seat

I got a the bezel and console today. I know I'm missing some parts but not sure what lol are your parts all 2016 parts? Want to compare lists to see what it missing.

How difficult is the duct work? I'm thinking about not doing and putting in the rear cover like the one below that doesn't have the vents.

Seats have to come out, carpet removed and I here the hardest part is cutting the airbox to feed it.

The vent ducts themselves are relatively inexpensive though.

I said let them sweat and/or shiver...

I don't but I just thought of something. If you are adding the full console you could probably get away with leaving the vents above the carpet as the console will hide it.

They really only need to be under the carpet for jumpseat installs I think...

I bought the dual tip duct for console end cap with dual vents ( not like the one above) so I didnt have to remove carpet I cut existing one outlet vent duct where it came out from carpet. I then cut dual duct work so it was right length and joined to existing single outlet. Just where it came from carpet. Some black duct tape and boom had dual in back. Honestly could have deleted. But either way works.
