Well, I finally got it loose. Did a little bit of damage, but not bad. I took pictures of the final connectors (in case of troubleshooting) and also of the i315 Connector showing where the 3 lock points are for the front plate so others know what to go after with a small jewelers' screwdriver or similar. Prying at the sides helps some too but may cause damage. See attached.
@Jeepguy_1980, the cable lengths on the two harnesses were perfect for my SLT Crew Cab (short box). I think I may have had 6 inches extra on each which was easily taken up by shifting the harnesses before tightening down all the zip ties. Good.
(I threw a bit of heat wrap tape I had around the front section of the chassis harness closest to the exhaust)
Now I just have to get the "XAC" code flashed, but no available appointments at dealer for a week and a half. Next closest dealer is 45 miles away. Not sure if they have any availability or if I should just wait. Ugh.
EDIT: For those that want to reference JeepGuy1980's original directions for his custom harnesses (pictures are in the directions):

1-25-15 Edit:
- here are 2 versions of the complete TechAuthority Oem Backup Camera Schematic for what was duplicated by Lassen's (JeepGuy1980's) harness as a reference. I have added notes/callouts to the PDF to help.
2013 Ram1500 Laramie V8 Crew OEM Camera Schematic (with Callouts)

The trick with each "trim level" apparently was to figure out what wires/pins were missing by looking at each connector or comparing your trucks Vin/schematic on the Tech Authority page to the above schematic.
2/3/15 Edit (partial connector pin part numbers)
Here is the pin part numbers for the C1 Radio connector courtesy of cptwing in case anyone decides to research the rest of the connector pins to recreate Jeepguy1980's harnesses in the future ...
This should get you there the connector takes 2 size pins 2.8mm and 0.64mm. It is manufactured by Tyco electronics, part of their TE Connectivity line. The smaller pins are required for the back up camera.
Here is the connector
776932-1 TE Connectivity / AMP | Mouser
Here are the 0.64 pins
638551-3 TE Connectivity | Mouser
Here are the 2.8mm pins

Your Welcome
5/24/15 Edit (partial connector pin part numbers)
Here are some recent posts from the 5.0 to 8.4AN radio upgrade thread about the crimp tools being used which may work for those unwilling to fork over $200 for the correct crimper.
For anyone wanting to make their own harness, I used this crimper
D-Sub Pin Crimper - Radioshack and it worked perfectly for all the pins.
I believe that is the same mass produced, made in China, crimp tool as the one I use for my Arduino's "Dupont style" 2.54mm pins. It can be found on eBay using a search for "SN-28B crimping tool" for +/- $15. Not sure how well it will work with the harness adapter pins.
The official Amp/TE Connectivity "Pro Crimper III" tool is likely upwards of around $210 at Newark or Mouser.
Manufacturer: TE CONNECTIVITY / AMP
Newark Part No.: 44F8409 (LINK)
Manufacturer Part No 58495-1
Thanks, for the input on the crimp tools, I will definitely have to get one of those. But, last night I did a little research and I'm pretty sure I was able to find all the part numbers for the pins and seals (not positive that the seals are 100% correct, but I think they will work). The part numbers I looked up where only for the pins that would need to be added to the Mopar kit (mopar kit's wire harness comes with the pins for the connector by the tailgate and the pins that go into the radio connector.)
So anyway this is what I found:
NOTE: I do NOT take any responsibility for the accuracy of these part numbers, modify your vehicle at your own risk.
ALL PARTS are manufactured by YAZAKI and they are their YESC product line

2/9/15 Edit:
Here are the current Ram/Chrysler OEM kit directions (and P/N's) for adding the factory Parkview Camera to 2013-2015 Ram Trucks depending on your Trim Level/radio i.e. Express/RA1 vs rest/RA2,RA3,RA4. The directions for these OEM Kits are slightly different from the factory wiring/JeepGuy1980's harness (which duplicated the missing factory wires).
