Going to be detailing my new Fuel center caps to get rid of the chrome... Here's the first pic of the center caps being prepped:

Dude. They look good. And you have way more patience and talent than I do.

Thanks Statcher!

Adam

Welcome. Hey when I get ready to do some accent painting on my truck. Can I drop it off at your house for a week or 2? Lol

I like the way you think! I did something similar with my XD caps, but of course right after the dumb kid at the dealership beat the **** out of them with a torque wrench.

And I'm with Statcher, Brilliant Black please :favorites13:

I don't think I'd be able to do these over and over again... This was rough! Lol! Thanks for the comments, though! :D

Looks good. Looks like they came from the factory. If not alittle better.

Thanks a lot! I just don't want any chrome on the rig so I had to do something about those covers.... I'm really happy with how they turned out. :D

Thanks Sbarron! I'll have an updated pic coming of one mounted on the wheel later today.

Yea, not too bad! I was going to do the "Bolts" around the edge of the wheel but decided not to go over the top with the red. I think that will be just enough to set them off. Plus, I had to get rid of that chrome somehow. It sure was a PITA project.

I agree with leaving the bolts alone. Sometimes a little is just right.
