How To: 13-14 premium cluster upgrade

It's from a ram. Donor VIN is a 14 2500.. and has the cool brushed ram image in bg. Nothing in the settings but I'll try the reset. It did have ver 13 when I got it but didn't have the cluster and didn't think to check that setting before I put latest sw on it . Still, I'm very happy with my setup now but also like a challenge to see what's going on. [emoji41]

Does the turn by turn work in your original cluster? Mine worked with either cluster and I do not have a option to toggle it in the radio either, and my truck was originally a RA1.

When I do a hard reset on my radio, the turn by turn in cluster option shows up until I do 2-3 full power cycles. Then it disappears but the option stays turned on after.

It never did on the 3.5 cluster. But didn't do a radio reset either after I got the RA4..

Got curious, went to garage and did the factory reset. Now shows the nav in cluster option, but has SRT logo in startup. . And lost ram logo on background. Interesting

I had my mechanic check and the RA4 sales code is there on my truck. I had him take a picture and send it to me but when I try to download it to the post it says improper file extension? Any ideas on how to down load it? Anyway it is on the options list for my truck. I didn't have him try to activate it. I am waiting to see what Cuyler Tech is working on. I don't want to mess anything up by trying to install it now......finally figured out how to download the picture

Dominic at tvnav2go let me know when he was about to program mine, sent me a picture of it done and sent me a picture of it all packed up and ready to go with the label on the box when he sent me the invoice.
He had this all done in less then 1 day.

is there any way to purchase this cluster for an ecodiesel from dealer, but mainly I'm ocd and want my old and new milage to match anyway to find some who can adjust milage to match? i know it sounds silly but its just how being ocd is.
