I'm assuming there is no need for an alignment after rear spacers correct?

Can you please tell me what torque specs you used for the lower shock mounts, anti sway bar nuts/bolt, and track bar/lateral bar nuts/bolts? Having a hard time telling which are which in the chassis torque specs, can't find track bar, only one says 2500/3500. and there's only stabilizer bar, no anti sway, so not sure which to use.

From what I found, which I had already looked here, the shock bolt is 100 ft lbs. I cross referenced the bds/zone lift kit install for specs, and assuming from what's in that chart, the top sway bar link bolt is 45 ft lbs, the zone/bds lift says 55 ft lbs. The track bar is not in the chart, but the zone/bds lift says 95 ft lbs both bolts. This is after relocation brackets but factory bolts, so I'm hoping this is the normal torque for the track bar, but I may try without loosening the track bar.

Nice Thread! I just put on Billstein 5100s with 2.8 in the front and .75 spacers in the back..looked good until I put 8 bags of quikrete in the back :/ I am now torn between going 1" or 1.5" lol

I went with 2.1 setting and a 1inch TGC spacer. Had I gone 2.8 I would have went with the 1.5 and suggest you go that route. That way you can load the back and know you can sit level with a decent load in the back. I'm gonna be picking up a half cord in the next week or so and will try and snap a pick
Here is mine with Bils and TGC installed 23a94475831fb61ccbf12afca212aebe.jpg

Could you just use the clamp style spring compressor and compress the spring then put the spacer on top loosen the compressor instead of removing everything?

Yea you can, but its not much work to take everything down and might actually be easier. My driveway is not perfectly level so when I jacked my truck up I used a compressor to get the spring back in with the spacer but releasing the compressor is a PITA since there is little room to move.

I have no idea how hard it would be to actually compress the spring on the truck but you would probably want to support the frame so it doesnt keep lowering on you while you compress since I doubt the shock will support the weight on its own. I did the whole process in under 45 mins while taking a few beer breaks during and working pretty leisurely

I guess if you removed the wheels & well liners you could probably install a coil compressor then slide the spacer in place , during the decompression you would need to realign the spring & spacer .....I'd say it's easier to just drop the rear end .

Agreed. The hardest and most time consuming part of the whole thing is removing the tires lol

Finally got a chance to get the wood moved. About a 1/2 cord of white birch
Sat pretty squat but not too nose high. Handled great and could hardly tell I had exceeded the payload except over big frost heaves where it liked to keep bouncing a bit longer lol
