Could I get you to measure your truck from the highest cab point to the ground? I'm trying to figure out if I can still fit in my garage door with a 4" lift?

Check out my build thread. There is a lot of info in it on this issue.

Specifically, check the following posts within that thread.

I’ve got the puck antenna instead of the shark fin.

Mine fit into a garage with a 7' door & weather stripping that leaves me an opening of approximately 82 3/4". Plus my driveway slopes up to the garage so that will help too.....

I also changed the open check on my garage door and gain a couple more inches for the door so it was raised above my weatherstripping.

I measured for you, but I’m running 275-65-20’s for the winter & they are almost an inch shorter in diameter than my 35’s.

That being said….right now my truck sits at approx. 80” tall including the puck, so with the 35’s I’m at approx. 81” tall.

If it helps I measure 81.5"... stock rear end, the 1.5" rear coil spacer goes in tomorrow.. may increase overall height by a touch

Do the Bils add 1.4" on top of your 4" lift for a total of a 5.4" lift in front?

Yes. Pics aren't very good. Weather hasn't been great. Only has 3/4 spacer in the back in those pics. Just changed it yesterday. It was about a half lower in the back. Like a little rake

Cool. I'm looking into adding a 4" front lift, and 2" rear lift to level it, but I have the shark fin, so I still need it to fit in the garage. But, if you actually have a 5.4" lift on the front, with 2" clearance on the door, I should be good? Hopefully?

Going to the dealer to find out if it's possible to put 2500 rear coils in my 1500. That'll give me 2.5 inches in the rear and then I can out a 2.5 level in the front

I've been curious about that too. Did you ever find out?

Oddly enough. They said that the front end i can literally swap one for another. However the rears they weren't sure about. While they were lookin at the truck I went roaming around the truck lot and compared a 1500 rear coil to a 2500 rear coil and it was pretty obvious to me that the mount on the rear axle was definitely bigger on the 2500 than the 1500. Next time I'm gonna find out if they can do some fab work to make it work with voiding any warranty
