I recently bought some new wheels for the truck. I HATED the super long center caps.

So I decided to do something about it. I removed my wheels and pulled the center cap off. I took some painters tape and marked where I wanted to cut. I got some shears and went to cutting.

After cutting I grabbed some channel locks and bent and formed an edge on the end of the center cap.

After I bent up the edge I put the wheels back on and admired my work.

The wheels look much better and it was super easy to do. Obviously this will only work with these type of center caps. I encourage anyone to try it out if you don't like the length of your center caps!
