Just before Xmas, Wild One bought himself an 87mm TB for his new ride. He's a hot-rod guy through and through, so I was really humbled when he asked me if I would polish it for him because he liked the work I had done on my own. He has been such an huge help with my truck I was more than glad to repay the favor.
This unit was ROUGH. Of course it has machining marks, but it also has scars and gouges. 9 hours of Dremel/320 grit, and another 5 of 600/1000/2000 and 2 consecutive grades of liquid polish, and voila. I think Wild One was reasonable happy with the results.
the pics are 2 before/after of the same angle, and one of the levelled filler plugs & plate screws because it's so darned pretty.
